After the Supreme court said that it is helpless because of the prevailing lack of clarity in Juvenile laws today government is going to discuss and pass Juvenile justice act.
The bill is supposed to be that if the juvenile crime is more serious in nature like murder or rape then the punishment should be on case by case basis.
